After the War, Tom and Shirley had a second child, a daughter Sandy, born in 1948 and the small family of four remained in Denver for a significant portion of their adult lives. Sandy was an Executive with a large Denver Home Builder and Ted was a university professor at a State of Colorado Campus.
Shirley had a career path following the home furnishing and interior decorating business.
