Lore Grisolano, a loving military wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, passed away on January 12, 2019 in Sierra Vista, AZ, at the age of 82.
She is survived by her 3 children, Manfred, his wife Marjorie, Frank, Donna and her husband Dan, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Born in Stuttgart, Germany on August 8, 1936, and raised in the small town of Echterdingen just a few miles from where she was born. This is where she met, fell in love and married Fred Grisolano, a young man serving in the U.S. Army.
Her first concern when she came to the United States was to become a nationalized citizen which she proudly did on December 4, 1961. She was fortunate to travel the country as a military wife and finally settled in Sierra Vista, AZ, where her husband retired.
She will be interned in the Southern Arizona Memorial Veterans Cemetery with her husband who passed away 16 years and 2 days before her.
She is loved and will be missed.
