Linda Stanley

Linda Stanley, 62, peacefully entered our savior’s arms on January 7, 2018 after she fought a rigorous three year battle with cancer. Linda, a Tucson native, was born on February 20, 1955.

She met her husband, Mike, in Tucson and they moved to Sierra Vista to start a construction business and raise their children.

A part of Linda lives in all of us, for she loved and lived life with the beauty to make every day the best day. Family, to Linda, was a gift from God, and she took time to build each relationship, the stones of her foundation.

To have the privilege to have her for our mother was the greatest honor of all. She will be remembered for her warm gentle spirit, beautiful smile, amazing ability to love, and strength and faith that could move mountains. An angel with the most beautiful guiding light watches over us now and forever.

She is preceded in death by her father, Steve Serna, and brother, Steve Serna. She is survived by her husband, Mike Stanley; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Brandi Stanley; daughter, Carmen Stanley; grandchildren: Kyli Sykora, Michael Stanley and Corbin Stanley; her mother, Cecilia Serna; sister, Diane (Bob) Reed; sister, Celia (Bob) Lorch; brother, Mark (Stacy) Serna; sister, Julie (Paul) Carlson; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held January 20, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Country Estates Baptist Church, 5700 South Hwy 92, Hereford, AZ 85615.
