Laveta Zook

Sierra Vista, AZ.- Laveta (Sue) V. O’Hare Smith Zook, 94 years old, formerly of Jameson, Missouri, passed away on April 10, 2017 in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford O’Hare and Pearl (Bell) O’Hare, sister, Helen (O’Hare) Staats, and her husband Don W. Zook. Laveta is survived by the following family members who loved her very much; Sisters, Lorene (O’Hare) McDonald, Jean (Black) Bakker, Darlene (Black) Ellis; Daughters, Jacqueline (Larry) Bisby, Katheryn (Terry) Diffey; Grandchildren, Robert (Julia) Bisby, Russell Bisby, Richard (Mary) Bisby, Tamara (Andrew) Jenkins, Tabitha (Paul) Witkowski, Tiffany Diffey. Great Grandchildren, Khari, Ricky, Hannah, and Jaxson Bisby (Richard & Mary), Calvin Kline (Tabitha Witkowski).

Laveta was an active member of Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church in Sierra Vista, which she often attended with her long time friends, Jan & Stan Ross and Grace Loesch.

She will truly be missed by her family and friends.
