Joseph Paladenic

The family of Joseph Paladenic is with deep sorrow of his passing on February 17, 2026 at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his parents Katherine and Joseph Paladinich of Yugoslavia (Croatia), his sister Diana Ost, brother John Paladenic and his wife Susan. He leaves his daughter Diana Paladenic of Sierra Vista, daughter Renee Chambers of Hereford, son Joe (Lisa) Paladenic of Sierra Vista and step son, Brian Ward of Sierra Vista. Grandchildren Alex, Tucker and Brianna and Great Granddaughter Violet. Also, lifetime best friend and first wife Sandra Kuhn. Joe grew up in Youngstown, Ohio and was quite the rebel as a young man racing his car wherever he could. He joined the United States Marine Corp straight out of high school. He then followed his passion for cars and became an auto body technician and painter. In 1978 he moved his family to Sierra Vista and soon after opened The Body Shop. Even after he retired, he was at the shop every day helping in any way he could. He was a true patriot and always proudly displayed our American flag. He was always there to help the community whenever asked. He loved fishing, golfing, and playing poker. He was a hell of a dancer and loved good food. His whole life revolved around his family, always making sure everyone was well taken care of. He will be in our hearts forever and will never ever be forgotten.
Services to be held Friday, March 6th at 10:00am at Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
