Jacqueline Joyce Webb, 60
Jacqueline “Jackie” Webb (nee Lockhart), beloved wife, mother, sister and “Mama Bear” passed away surrounded by love, her cherished husband and dogs. Adopted mom and Grandma to many, she offered love to everyone she met.
Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada October 8th, 1964, as the youngest of three siblings Maxine (Boone) and Henry Lockhart. Jackie married and welcomed her son Chris and moved to Madison, Wisconsin then later to Fountain Hills. In Fountain Hills she met and married her second husband and love of her life.
In 1998 she moved to Sierra Vista, Arizona where she spent her remaining years in joy. On January 25th, 2025 she succumbed to her long fight with cancer to live without pain with our Lord. She is survived by her husband, Dave Webb, father Henry lockhart, children Christopher Maser, David Webb and Brandie Luebbert, siblings Terry and Craig Moore and Rod Lockhart. She had a beloved extended family full of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and those to whom she was known as a grandmother: Morgan Castro, Savana and Kirsten Hilton who will miss their G’Ma dearly.
Jackie fought harder, braver, and with more humor than anyone her family has ever known. Wherever she went, people remembered her name and the fun she brought with her into every room. She is missed by so many, especially those who fight over who was her best friend.
Forever in our hearts and always on our minds.
A memorial service will be held at Jensen’s SV Mortuary on Wednesday, February 5th at 1 pm.
