Buffalow, Jacqueline, was born the third child of James C. and Ina M. (Cardell) Flournoy, on November 6, 1939 in Kansas City, MO and passed away on January 24, 2019 in Whetstone, AZ.
She is preceded in death by her parents and nieces Cynthia L. Howard and Claire L. Howard.
A homemaker for most of her adult life, Jackie enjoyed a second career in IT/computer programming. She was also an accomplished pianist and taught piano to many students over several decades. She raised six children, all of whom she loved and who loved her dearly.
She lived most of her life in Missouri and Minnesota, and the last several years in Arizona.
Jackie is survived by her husband, John E. Buffalow; and her six children, son George W. (Pamela B.) Fouts of St. Peters, MO; daughter Leslie A. (Darrell L.) Sprick of Mooresville, NC; daughter Laura L. Sudduth (Dan Abrams) of Sierra Vista, AZ; son Lawrence J. Fontaine (Sheila Smith) of Norwood Young America, MN; daughter Jane E. Scamurra of St. Joseph, MO; and daughter Jennifer E. Stringer of Tucson, AZ; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; sister Jaylene (Richard W.) Howard; brother James N. Flournoy; brother John P. (Linda L.) Flournoy; three nieces and four nephews.
Visitation is 9-11 AM, Rosary 10:30 AM and Funeral Mass 11 AM, Saturday, February 16 at Good Shepherd Mission, 587 State Hwy 82 in Whetstone, Arizona.
Internment is at the Southern Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery of Sierra Vista, Arizona. Wednesday, 11:00am,February 20, 2019.
