WHETSTONE— Armando Enriquez, (90) of Whetstone, Arizona, passed away peacefully January 7, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.

Armando, was born to Eusebio Enriquez and Josefa Amaya-Enriquez, on December 5, 1933 in Bacerac, Sonora, Mexico. Armando, enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, taking long walks with his dog Pinpollo, and attending Diamondbacks baseball games. Armando, was a wonderful, loving, caring man, and was the type of man that would gladly give anyone the shirt off his back. He always had a smile on his face and enjoyed laughing with his family and friends.

Armando was preceded in death by his son Fernando Enriquez. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Julia and 10 children and their spouses, Irene (Pedro), Jaime (Raquel), Armando Jr., Rene (Luz Maria), Belia, Xochitl (Gerardo), Angelica, Julie, Elizabeth (Gustavo), and Evelyn. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and his brother Alfonso Enriquez, and his family.

Memorial Services will be held at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 800 Taylor Dr., Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 on Monday, January 15, 2024. Rosary 1:30 pm,  Mass 2:00 pm.
