Judith M Keeme, beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother passed away peacefully and comfortably on March 14, 2016 surrounded by her family at home, where family and friends supported her as she made the transition, after courageously battling cancer for 7 years. Judy is survived by her husband Mike, daughters Velia and husband Josh White, Veronica and husband Tony Ortega, Vanessa and husband Austin Nost, grandchildren Alex Nost, Easton and Colton White, Father Juan Antonio, Brothers Robert, Rolando, Juan Jr, Chris Perez, Sisters Gloria, and Roxanna Perez.  She is preceded in death by her Mother Maria Perez and Sister Maria Antonieta Sam . Judy was born in Mexico, raised in Del Rio Texas and a graduate of Del Rio H.S. and moved to Sierra Vista in 2003. Family was all-important to her, she loved her daughters, grandchildren, nieces and nephews who were close as well as her beloved pets and proud of being a "Marine Corps Wife, Toughest Job in the Corps". Judy was kind, compassionate and generous, she had a great sense of humor and never forgot how to laugh. There are not enough good things that can be said of Judy. She knew she was going to a better place to be with her mother, and sister. We are sure she is looking down and smiling on us, knowing her wishes were fulfilled. After fighting a long battle with cancer, her nature was to be a fighter and she was as tough as they come.

Visitation will be held at St Andrew Catholic Church Tuesday March 22nd from 5 to 7 pm followed by a Rosary, Mass will also be held at St Andrew Church Wednesday March 23rd at 12pm. Committal will be conducted at Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sierra Vista at 1pm

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go,
for to you I entrust my life.

Val, Veronica, and Vanessa,

So sorry for the loss of your mother. I hope you can find peace and know that she is in a better place. She will always be close by watching over you and your children.

Our thoughts are with you all during this hard time. We also, however, fondly remember all the many things that Judy did at home over the years to keep her Marine family together and prospering. A truly great lady who will be missed!

There is new angel looking over all of us. I love remembering our times together.
While the heart is sad, my soul rejoices her and the love of family and life Judy shared. Job well done!!!!

All of you are in our thoughts today. We have so many happy memories of all of you.....ROC, Pepe, Trick or treating, Pizza, and building Matthews fort in the backyard. They make all of us smile.

Although we can not be there today, our thoughts and love are being sent your way.

Take care of yourselves and each other.

Joseph, Lisa and Matthew.

With all of our Love and Respect
Adrienne, Josh, Luis and Nancy
The Love that you and Judy shared with each other and the Love that you both shared with all of us will be treasured by all of us forever. It reminds us of 1 Corinthians Chapter 13, verses 3 through 7 that we would like to share.

Love is patient, is kind, Love does not envy, Love does not boast, is not puffed up, does not behave indecently, does not seek it's own, is not provoked, reckons not the evil, does not rejoice over the unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth, it covers all, believes all, expects all, endures all

Thank you for your Love

The Unhealing Wound

There is this wound it hurts so bad
it always appears when I am sad
No matter what I do it won't go away
it's in my heart where it will always stay
It appeared the day you left this world
and I was no longer your little girl
forced to grow up with you not there
to make things easy that I couldn't bear
I search for you every day
if I'm sick, sad, or just have something to say.
I'm jealous of some girls,
girls who still have their mothers
I tell them to appreciate what they have,
because after they are gone,
there simply is no others.
I have this pain that won't go away,
it makes me mad that you couldn't stay
No matter many years go by
there's still one time of day that I do cry,
I miss you dearly and this is true,
my wound will not heal until I'm with you
